Social Media & Content Specialist

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to join our growing Social Media team.

A creative and digitally savvy individual who understands social media culture, follows trends and enjoys creating engaging content for brands. The ideal candidate should combine content creation skills with social media management knowledge, and feel comfortable using creative & tech tools to produce visual and video-first content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of social media accounts across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn

  • Monitor client social media accounts and community activity, responding where appropriate and flagging potential issues or sensitive situations

  • Develop creative & engaging short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Stories, posts and carousels)

  • Support the planning and implementation of monthly content calendars

  • Design and produce social media visuals using creative tools and platforms

  • Assist in the setup and monitoring of social media advertising campaigns when required

  • Track and analyse content and campaign performance

  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates and emerging digital tools

  • Communicate regularly with clients to review content, exchange feedback and support the ongoing development of social media campaigns

  • Collaborate with the strategy, creative and client service teams for campaign execution

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends

  • Strong interest in creating engaging visual and video-first content for social media

  • Experience with creative tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or AI-based design tools

  • Proficiency in both Greek and English, both written and verbal, is essential.

  • Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & social media advertising

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple brands in a fast-paced agency environment

Additional Assets

  • A portfolio with examples of social media content (Reels, TikTok, visuals, campaigns)

  • Experience creating short-form video content

  • Familiarity with content trends and digital culture
